Summary
Patricia Gras discusses new standards in banking regulation with Richard Shockley, Assistant Professor of Administration at Rice University. Includes report on new Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act and whether it will impact local banks. Second segment includes interview with, and report on, Senator Lloyd Bentsen who has been nominated as Treasury Secretary by incoming president, Bill Clinton.
