Interview with Councilman Anthony Hall and Carolyn Hall about their early impressions of Riverside, and their eventual move to the neighborhood. Councilman Hall discusses his reaction to the county's plan to build the Harris County Psychiatric Center in the neighborhood, and the steps he took to try and prevent its construction. Carolyn Hall discusses her specific concerns about how such a center would impact the neighborhood. They go on to discuss other issues in the neighborhood, such as a rise in crime rates and deteriorating apartment complexes.
