He notes that lenders have not served the Black residents of the Riverside neighborhood well, and speaks about how the establishment treats the Black community. Hill also discusses the construction of the Harris County Psychiatric Center on the edge of the neighborhood, the impact of area universities and his feelings about the re-entry of white residents into the neighborhood.
