Spencer, an attorney, talks with Gwenevere Daye, Editor of National Minority Politics, and Prof. Franklin Jones of Texas Southern University's Political Science department. Alvin "Boom Boom" Jackson provides sports updates and commentary in the fourth segment. Garvin Berry comments on campaigning procedures.
