The third segment is a conversation about battered women and domestic violence in Houston, with Ellen Cohen, Executive Director of the Houston Area Women's Center, and Peggy Salinas, President of the Council on Family Violence. The fourth segment is an interview with candidate for City Council At-Large Position Five, Bill Anderson. John Privett provides commentary on the bond election.
