He discusses the construction of the Harris County Psychiatric Center in the neighborhood. He specifically talks about the political process, zoning, and work of the neighborhood association. Donatto gives his opinion of white residents moving back into Riverside. Donatto discusses his hopes for rejuvenating the area with services that will make it more desirable.
